About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website. Engaging Control Tee for design work is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal for that project. Where the two differ, the project agreement takes precedence.

Using this site

You may browse this site and share links to it. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access areas you are not authorised to access, or use automated tools to scrape it at a scale that affects its operation.

Our work and intellectual property

The design, code, text and images on this site are owned by Control Tee or by our clients, and are protected by copyright. Client work is shown here to demonstrate what the studio does. Client names, logos and marks remain the property of those clients.

You may not reproduce, redistribute or use any of this material commercially without written permission. See our contact page to request permission or a takedown.

Inquiries and bookings

Sending an inquiry or booking a call does not create a contract between us. Work begins only once we have both agreed a written scope, timeline and fee.

Ownership of commissioned work

Who owns what we make for you is set out in the agreement for that project, not here. As a general rule, rights in final delivered artwork pass to the client on full payment, while the studio keeps ownership of working files, unused concepts and its own tools and templates. We also keep the right to show the finished work in our portfolio unless the agreement says otherwise.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, we do so because it is useful, not because we control it. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not run.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Control Tee is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute.
